    Overall good for NYC
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Rent stabilized units, laundry in basement, live-in super, no bedbugs, package lockers. Man who takes care of garbage is AMAZING
    Cons:
    Not super well kept up overall, a fair amount of roaches and water damage
