Old Building in Washington Heights but Well Cared For

Pros

The super and management team are fantastic. Been through a couple management teams with this building and this current one is really on top of it. Hot water never runs out and pressure is good. Maintenance requests are answered very quickly!

It’s an old building in washington heights so there were roaches but I always felt the lobby area was was kept super clean

The super is great and very responsive Neighbors are all nice Spacious apartment for the rent Roof access Heat works well Trash is well maintained Very close to A and 1 trains Remodeled kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher Pets allowed

Stairway gets dirty and not cleaned No elevator Water gets turned off frequently for construction, with less than 24 hr notice Small bugs in summer (rarely roaches) Water pressure isn’t great WiFi through spectrum is hella spotty Walls are kinda thin
