roach + mouse problem, otherwise lovely
Pros
close to train, units usually have w/d and dishwasher, neighbors are lovely, the heights is a great and lively neighborhood, management is sweet but unresponsive to fixes. i loved living here though the roach problems started driving me crazy by the end.
Cons
management hard to get a hold of, constant pest problems that never get fully dealt with, have had pipe and wall leaks before that have taken various calls and multiple days to get fixed, despite a live in super.
Advice to the owners
fumigate or set better pest management than just sticky traps. the roach problem is crazy.
