AWFUL roach + mouse problem, otherwise lovely
Pros
close to train, units usually have w/d and dishwasher, neighbors are lovely, the heights is a great and lively neighborhood, management is sweet but unresponsive to fixes. i loved living here though the roach problems started driving me crazy by the end.
Cons
management hard to get a hold of, constant unrelenting pest problems that never get fully dealt with, have had pipe and wall leaks before that have taken various calls and multiple days to get fixed, despite a live in super.
Advice to the owners
fumigate or set better pest management than just sticky traps. the roach problem is crazy.
