Pros:
It’s close to two train lines
Cons:
I’ve had at least 10 packages stolen in the year I’ve lived here. When I called the management company they said the owner didn’t want to fix the cameras. The cockroaches are everywhere and the pest control is scheduled for Fridays mid morning…not great if you work during the day! Out of 5 windows, two don’t open and one won’t stay open. The kitchen cabinets look like they were put in by a drunk person and the wiring is a disaster-3/4 of the apartment are on one breaker that is way to low amps wise And it’s not regulated so they can raise the rent to whatever they want!
Advice to owner:
Improve the security, deal with the cockroaches, hire a decent electrician and stop trying to gouge people for money!

Responsive management and super, monthly pest control
Cons:
Lots of noise in the neighborhood
Advice to owner:
If there is a problem, contact management or the super and they will always fix it.
