The building is constantly dirty. Super is nonresponsive and attitudinal. I had to contact them multiple times to get anything done. The building is often loud. Exterminator is a joke.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building better and hire a better Super.

i haven’t had anyone steal my packages yet
Cons:
-The building itself is dirty. Especially at a time like this pandemic there should be at least some kind of building maintenance. The hallways are filthy. They didn’t make any changes at all due to COVID and they didn’t offer any kind of support with rent payment.
-I had a recurring leak in my bathroom/kitchen that took a year for them to even look at.
