Pros:
None? Yeah, none
Cons:
Roaches, mice, kitchen didn't have gas for a year. Neighbors and neighborhood very loud, even long term residents noticed the noise was increasing. Building is falling apart, cracks everywhere, water would periodically leak from the ceiling. A neighbor told me their apartment has lead paint.
