    It’s a nice building and all but .....

    Pros:
    Most neighbors are nice.
    Cons:
    I have years living here, it always had problems with pest control , always calling the super to fix something but he is only work with you if you’re half naked, the hot water is over past it’s heat limit. There are so many building violations lastly all they want is rent but don’t want to fix anything
    Advice to owner:
    Fix your violations !
