Pros:
Very cheap rent.
Rent stabilized.
Large apartments.
Near the A train
Cons:
Cockroaches
Leaky plumbing
Inconsistent heat
Noise in the neighborhood at ALL HOURS
Elevator breaks down regularly
Roof access now closed
Advice to owner:
Fix the plumbing
Replace the elevator
