Pros
The walk up is not as tedious as one would think, super is very responsive. Exterminator comes every two months or so.
Cons
The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors at times. Sometimes neighbors are so loud they become disruptive. I’ve had a hole in my bathroom ceiling without a proper plumbing fix. The landlord is extremely negligent and refused to compensate for damages due to renting out the apartment without a proper radiator with the heating system. The paint chips throughout time and downstairs entrance door is always open due to not having a proper lock. I was once locked out because my key did not work.
Advice to the owners
Weigh out the pros and the cons.
