    Decent building with laundry
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Neighbors are chill and friendly, laundry in building is a plus, it’s pretty well maintained. Heat is great in the winter
    Cons:
    Can get noisy and people sometimes hang around, but that’s Washington Heights
