Old building with terrible managment

Cheap rent Nice neighborhood
Cons:
Neglected by landlord Roaches Garbage overflowing Lead paint No hot water often Heaters are sparatic Non licensed repairs Leaks and cracks in walls & ceilings

Elevator most of the time working Cleaness (lobby at least)
Cons:
Several case of stole packages The timing of turning on and off heating during winter time was not ideal (turn on way into the winter season; turnoff mid may)
Advice to owner:
Please listen to tenants on apt, majority of tenants are elderly people who need help.
