great location, okay building

Pros:
on Riverside, near lots of greenery and river, laundry in basement, easy trash and recycling management, chill neighbors, building kept and decently clean. deli right by entrance.
Cons:
new super unreliable and unprofessional, would do repairs myself or call the old super. sometimes some of the laundry machines take awhile to get repaired. street can get a little noisy. pest management inconsistent (roaches)
Advice to owner:
bring back old super or find a new one
