Great super, loud street, older building.

Pros:
Close to subway, riverside park two blocks away, close to Columbia. attentive and very helpful super.
Cons:
o exterminator (I’ve paid for my own) management doesn’t have a strong response system in place. A lot of traffic on the street.
Advice to owner:
Please send notice of when exterminator will do his visit. When renovating units follow proper codes. Walls behind tile are not waterproofed, bathroom floor has two layers of tile underneath also no water proof membrane.
