The heating system is the best!! Sometimes, we turn it off even though its freezing outside because of how warm it gets

Mehhh not the best but or the worst.

Pros

Close to the train and spacious.

Cons

Roaches! Not consistently having exterminator visit building routinely. Did not clean properly during COVID. Front Door has been broken most of 2020 and has yet to be fix appropriately which is a safety violation.

Advice to the owners

Fix the damn door correctly before someone wonders in here and hurts someone.
