Pros

spacious apartments with great views, amazing deal especially in comparison to other nyc apts

Cons

kitchen is dirty with some trapped hair/debris on the floor under the clear top coat, windows/walls are relatively thin (can hear neighbors sneezing, lots of traffic noises outside)

Great management, safe, clean, great views and a good amount of space.

Cons

Maintenance is generally pretty responsive to tickets filed but sometimes could take a few days. Windows do get cold in the winter but the central heating makes up for it.
