Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews highlight mixed experiences at 200 Haven Ave. Positive aspects include friendly neighbors, nice views, and some attentive staff members like the doorman. However, there are concerns about unresponsive management, inconsistent heating, and persistent maintenance issues like leaks and elevators frequently breaking down. Some tenants mention noise disturbances, poor pest control, and overall cleanliness issues. Suggestions include addressing maintenance promptly, improving responsiveness, and investing in building infrastructure. While some recommend the building for its location and neighbors, others express frustration and dissatisfaction with the management, indicating room for improvement to enhance residents' quality of living.

Bugs and problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Part time doorman, laundry in building, good views on river side of building
Cons:
Landlord is an idiot. They’re trying to evict someone and don’t even have the right apartment number for the eviction—a person who is violent. It’s a joke. TRIHILL IS THE WORST
Advice to owner:
Compassion and actually reply to tenant problems.

Solid, but not the best.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doorman-Manny- is great. the handyman Alex is also really good and he keeps the building clean.
Cons:
The owner is unresponsive, and there is a pretty consistent leaking issue with water leaking in through the walls.
