Windows don’t open properly
Fire hazards

Shower doesn’t drain (ground improperly sloped)

Electrical work not properly done (outlets don’t all work, too many appliances one one circuit, etc)
Impossible to get things fixed
Didn’t receive keys to our unit for 5 days after moving in
Apartment was not move in ready, was not clean and had multiple maintenance issues
