Renters approve of the building's owners
The super is there 24/7 and will help you anytime to do anything. He makes it worth it. Also, location is very close to 168th. Neighbors living in the building are great people. Exterminator comes once a month in case you need it.
The building next door is a shitshow. You can hear their doorbells all night. You can see them from the window selling and snorting coke on the patio and the street. The landlord needs to get their shit together. They might tell you something over the phone and next time you call you get a different person that tells you something completely different. Also, no matter what, they never answer emails.
If you set up a system for us tenants to email you then answer the emails (by that I mean the rent cafe thing where you can contact your landlord).
Responsive super Landlord takes ages to respond Overall areas are clean, the laundry could improve in cleanliness but it's okay
We had an issue with roaches but super was very responsive and worked with the exterminator. Sometimes the heat can be hit or miss, but overall okay.
Have a clear policy about ring cameras, it is anoying the fasct some neighbors installed them and tey record everything without next-door or front-door's neighbors consent.
