    Pros:
    - High Ceilings - Perfect access to the subway around the corner
    Cons:
    - Super almost never responds - Cockroaches imminent but not impossible to curb - Apartment came messy with broken facilities

    Open floor plan, beautiful kitchen, lots of space, good location for NYP/CUMC
    Cons:
    Roaches Loud radiator/pipes Unrenovated/dirty bathroom
    Advice to owner:
    Better maintenance/pest control

    Spacious apartments High ceilings
    Cons:
    Packages get stolen Hallways have terrible lighting Have to mail check every month Expensive for the area (especially now with Covid) Pest control is awful
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in better cameras and a better buzzer system Have digital ways to pay rent Consistently pest control
