Cockroach issues here

Pros:
Big apartment in a good neighborhood
Cons:
Cockroaches coming out from everywhere. There are not your small ones but the water bugs. If it wasn't for my roommates two cats, I don't know what we would have done
Advice to owner:
Stay on top of pest control and answer your tenants rather quickly when they bring up issues surrounding cockroaches

Fine building, terrible owners

Pros:
Water pressure, proximity to trains and parks
Cons:
Unresponsive owners, unfocused and stretched thin super, thin floors (noise bleed from above AND below), rents newly vacant aptmts for significantly lower amounts than current renters
Advice to owner:
Fix the damn boiler, answer the damn office phone

Okay’ish but could be much better

Pros:
Quiet, laundry room
Cons:
Not great management, not great super, not great neighbors
Advice to owner:
Feels impersonal. Our super is also assigned to another building and doesn’t seem to care about this one as much, especially the inevitable few days in winter when boiler breaks
