Building Overview
Building Report
Review Summary for 350 Ft Washington Avenue
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 350 FT WASHINGTON AVENUE highlight mixed feedback. Positive aspects include a responsive owner, good garbage management, and decent heating and water pressure. However, noise levels, disrespectful neighbors, and occasional cleanliness issues have been reported. Lack of laundry and elevator facilities is a downside. Some suggest addressing noise disturbances and pest control more efficiently. While the proximity to transportation is appreciated, improvements in overall management and neighbor behavior are necessary for a better living experience in the building.
