Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 15 Wadsworth Avenue highlight serious concerns with building management and maintenance. Renters report poor cleanliness, ongoing pest issues, and unreliable heating, especially during winter. Garbage management is inconsistent, and the building's security is lacking with frequent package theft and a broken intercom system. While neighbors are generally quiet, some report uncomfortable tensions linked to building safety concerns. Many tenants find management unresponsive and unprofessional, struggling with lease issues and delayed repairs. Though rent prices are reasonable and the location convenient for transit, the overall experience is marred by neglect and security problems, making it a less desirable option for renters.

Wouldn’t suggest moving here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is decent.
Cons:
The owners (Steve Gross; Manor Management) are the most unprofessional, stubborn, money hungry people. They do not respond to anything and refused to change the names on the lease we have after people have left YEARS ago. It has made things difficult for us & should be illegal. Also the building isn’t clean, packages are alway stolen and the outdated intercom system has been broken for months. I hope they get into some kind legal trouble for how they operate.
Advice to owner:
If the owners paid attention to their tenants, communicated professionally and redid/updated the building it would be better.
