    Solid Building and close to trains
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    VERY close to the A train and the 1 train.
    Landlord is very attentive and works hard
    Pest control come at the beginning of every month
    Cons:
    Roaches occasionally
    Sidewalk on block is dirty
    Loud neighborhood
