    Pros:
    The garbage area and the outside are kept clean
    Cons:
    Crackhead sleep in the building when it's cold
    The heater sounds like gunshots at all hours of the day and night , get ready to be woken up.
    Crazy neighbors , making noise in apartments,parties out side etc
    Drug dealers parked right out side .
    The apartments have high levels of lead in the walls
    The washing machine in the basement take your money but don't always work
    Water can get burning hot .

    Pros:
    Love how close to both subways this building is, close to many shops as well. The location is perfect the building is well maintained for a NYC building. Quiet building as well only in the summer you see a couple people outside
    Cons:
    Noise level is bad neighbors are loud and annoying and always in your business
    Advice to owner:
    Maybe try adding a mailroom
