    Pros:
    I liked the fact it was close to the A line
    Cons:
    Pretty much everything
    Enormous roaches
    Shitty and unresponsive landlord (never met him) and super
    Very noisy, don’t open your windows
    Rude AF neighbors
    Advice to owner:
    Do better please
