    Pros:
    -Huge apartment with affordable rent
    -Small laundry room in basement
    -Kind, responsive super
    -1 block from the 1 train
    Cons:
    -St. Nicholas Avenue can be loud on weekends and is often covered in litter
    -The area is dead at night
