    Pros:
    The trash was well kept until the person doing the trash got sick. Now it’s a scary mess. Close to the 1 train
    Cons:
    No contact person. Have had leaks and now have mildew. Can’t have packages delivered and offer have people ‘hanging out’ in the mail room

    Pros:
    In-unit washer/dryer + nice kitchen
    Cons:
    There is a serious safety issue! Drug addicts frequently break in to shoot up and occupy the mailroom. Packages and mail stolen constantly. A serious bug problem because none of the walls are sealed, to the point of infestation. It’s a non-smoke building but so many units smoke and it filters through to the apartments. The rent is astronomical for how run down the building is.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the place, change the locks, kick out the smokers!!
