Pros:
Renovated units with French doors. Responsive landlord.
Cons:
Sometimes drug addicts hangout in the lobby and roof. Sometimes drug addicts take drugs in dvd building stair case. Really loud for units facing the street.
Advice to owner:
Install higher security doors and locks
