Pros:
I like how nice the building is and most of the apartments are up to date, spacious, and clean
Cons:
Sometimes when it’s hot, the pipes may start banging, but it doesn’t last long and it’s tolerable.

Pros:
Proximity to everything including public transportation.
Cons:
Roaches, flies, mice might as well pay a portion of the rent as often as they appear. Cracks and leaks and peeling paint.

Be more humanistic

Pros:
Super is amazing! He really cares and is a good person he is the best part about this building.
Cons:
When I lived here someone would sometimes break into my mail and the neighbors were kind of unfriendly. Landlord almost lost the rent check one time. This building was attempting to remove all rent regulated units prior to the law change. Had a constant roach problem. Laundry was advertised but didn’t work.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building. I moved because I didn’t agree with your “market rate” rent calculations have fun with a Covid rental market with the way you treat others and people who pay you money.
