Mouse infestation from hell/No heat in winter

Cons:
When I lived there, we had a mouse infestation from hell. It got to the point where we were calling the exterminator weekly. They destroyed SO MUCH. They ate through the baseboards, ate furniture, ate books, mouse piss and shit was everywhere. I threw out so much upon move out.
My bathroom ceiling collapsed and I had crazy mold exposure, they didn't fix it.
ALSO, the owners are jewish and wouldn't turn on our heat during weekends in the winter. Space heaters were running constantly.
Broke the lease early because it was so bad
Advice to owner:
if you can't fix the building, sell it.

Bugs, bugs, bugs

Pros:
Relatively inexpensive, but pretty bad overall
Cons:
Bugs: coming out of the walls, from under the door, up the drains, from the heat pipes, from the neighbors...
Management operates like actual slum lords, including harassing elder tenants
Every part gets "the landlord special" and if you can't fix it yourself, or are pretty handy, don't expect a smooth experience
Advice to owner:
Just fix the building already
