Great Super, good location, roach infested

Pros:
Loved the space and layout of the apartment, Ibrahim the super is incredible and so nice, and laundry in building was great
Cons:
the apartment was infested with roaches, they claimed that the exterminator coming was enough but the entire year we had insane amounts of german roaches everywhere
Advice to owner:
gut renovation to fix roach problem

Pros:
Located near the 191st 1 stop, and the super is really nice
Cons:
Insanely loud neighbors (Thursday night parties until 3am) and management consistently refuses to do anything. 191st elevators close at random, making the station inaccessible. Lots of roaches in the building.
Advice to owner:
Enforce your leases and keep the noise down. Spray for roaches more often.
