    People are friendly, train is nearby, and the bathroom tile is beautiful.
    Cons:
    Package thieves are rampant, and sometimes so are bugs.

    Quiet Block in the Heights

    Quiet compared to most other buildings/blocks in the heights.

    Maintenance was always quick to help.

    1 block from the 190th station
    Cons:
    Some mice and roaches but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC.

    No major cons.
