TONY IS A SLUMLORD
Former Tenant
Pros:
it's a miracle this building is still standing.
Cons:
most apartments have been illegally deregulated. landlord does NO repairs, scaffolding has been up for years due to falling concrete. No super, filthy building withjunkies shooting up, defecation and urinating in the hallways. boiler never works, roof leaks from rain... but TONY the landlord parks in front of the building in his landrover to collect $ and harrass and intimate tenants. I can go on but no more space to write
Advice to owner:
get a mop and clean something
