Pros:
Location is nice
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive about things that matter. Does not want to make repairs. Wants tenants out of rent stabilized units. Building no longer has super. Doors to lobby not secure and people will come sleep in the stairwell.
Advice to owner:
Make conditions livable for your tenants. It isn’t right to force people out of rent stabilized apartments by refusing to make repairs.

Constant broken things, didn’t have hot water for 2 months, landlord never fixed anything

Take better care of your tenants
