Former Tenant
Pros:
Nobody steals mail here. Neighbors keep to them self. That’s about it
Cons:
Building hallways always dirty , garbage always unkept. Got rid of old super. If you didn’t just move in your apartment is very old looking. New tenants get special treatment. alley always disgusting causes rats outside .when things break takes forever to be fixed, sometimes months .
Advice to owner:
Need a constant maintenance man that comes a few times a week to clean. Need to do better with repairing people homes when flood damage happens. Do better overall
