Better than most

Pros:
This is a clean and quiet building, very good heat and good super,have laundry in the basement.
Cons:
Some people don’t wear mask, elevators are small

Declining quality of life

Pros:
I like the location. Close to everything but on a quiet street (facing Wadsworth Avenue).
Cons:
They only make repairs for new tenants. Once you’re in, you are stuck with whatever you have and if the stove or fridge breaks, they replace it with an old, scratched up stove that looks like they found on the curb. Management and their accounting department are awful. The rent bills are never accurate.
Advice to owner:
Make decent repairs and replace your management company.

Good super terrible landlord

Pros:
The super and his helper are the best!
Cons:
The landlord is cheap and refuses to hire good plumbing company to fix plumbing system. He also “renovated” apartments with cheap companies and cheap materials and then charges extra rent money.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so damn cheap and spend money on those that pay your rent!!
