No heat, no hot water, no repairs, building manager won’t answer EVER, people steal packages, weed smell everyday, drug dealers in and out, noise is out of this world, FREEZING COLD in the home, no matter how many times you complain they won’t do anything about it. Roaches roaches and more roaches, building is dirty, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FRONT DOOR TO BUILDING IS ALWAYS OPEN IT DOES NOT CLOSE, IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR MONTHS very very dangerous for tenants! Property owner and manager lack common sense, will not communicate or get back to you very incompetent!
Advice to owner:
DO YOUR FUCKING JOB AND STOP BEING LAZY AND CHEAP!
