WORST LANDLORD IN NYC

Pros:
Inside apartment layout is nice
Cons:
Horrible super never reliable never there and never answers calls. Building is worn out needs a lot of fixing. Building management does not care at all about the tenants or the quality of life for the tenants. There is garbage throughout the building, windows broken, inadequate heating, roaches and vermin. The landlords are your typical slumlords.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property to someone who will actually make changes and give up being a slumlord.
