Pros:
Elevator well maintained, common areas clean
Cons:
Management did not take mice or roach infestations seriously. Would not plug up holes even after being begged.

My apartment is big
Cons:
The finishes in the apartment are crap
The kitchen cabinets are unnecessarily small.
The hallways look institutional
The super is unfriendly, unhelpful and regularly harasses tenants
The laundry room is too small; not enough machines and machines are not cleaned
Roaches
The lobby is bare
Overpriced
Elevator always out
Boiler goes out
Neighbors are a mixed bag
Neighborhood is crap
Super charges illegal “broker commission”
Advice to owner:
Fire Jorge and invest in the property
