    not bad for the price range
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    have never had an issue with initial response from management but sometimes takes awhile to get things fixed
    had a bad neighbor interaction and the super/management handled it professionally. we filed a report and the super followed up with u
    Cons:
    had a leaky sink that took awhile to get fixed and faucets were installed backwards
    water takes long to heat up and randomly gets aggressively hot
