    Pros:
    Spacious apartment for one tenant
    Cons:
    Pests, specifically cockroaches all over the building. The back of the building is covered with trash and other tenants constantly throw their trash out the window towards the back of the building. Neighbors are constantly fighting and yelling so the entire building hears them.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the building, serious pest probleMs.
