That I got hookwinked into moving here -- only to find out the the supposed tenant who took my money is about to be evicted.

worst building in the street

Pros:
nothing! dirty! dogs dogs and more dogs shitting in the floor and the main door!
Cons:
the people from this building are the worst people throw food by the window to the sidewalk for feed birds and pingeon! Rats almost every floor roachs by thousands and tghe owner of the building you never see the manager same as well.....this is by far the worst building in the heights
Advice to owner:
4 and 5 dogs every floor,shitting in the floor and outside of the main door is crazy but it is!
