Have to beg for repairs!

Pros:
One of the best blocks around
Cons:
Bad teenants no laws in this building,dogs owners do whatever he wants poop in the elevator,you share the elevator 24/7 with a dog inside,anytime you going with the dog and his owner! Landlord takes a life for make a repair to one apt....the super of this building have 90 yrs old and 1 more! Pretty amazing!
Advice to owner:
Mr.Levy you cant leave the people do what ever he wants you have to write laws here! You have to mantain the building clean and without piisss dog in the front of the bldg.

Pros:
Neighborhood is good, sometimes a little bit noisy but in general is cool!
Cons:
Is saturated about dogs!the people in this building dont think about his neighbord.... the dogs do whatever they want in this building,the super have 90 years old..... yeah you read right! 90!
Advice to owner:
Need to focus in the noisy people and the dogs owner you have to write rules about that.
