Good building, but careful with roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful sunlight. with some extra work and sealing around my apartment my unit is pest free thankfully. Great neighborhood, nearby laundry and grocery store options, beautiful parks . very responsive management company
Cons:
building hallway is always somehow dirty or littered with big dead roaches, pretty embarrassing and demoralizing to come home to. People have stolen my packages. Bath tub draining is so awful even when constantly using our own drain snake. parking sucks in the area
