Good overall, but it's a stretch to call it "luxury" in my opinion

Pros:
Central heat and AC, big insulated windows. Movie theater is excellent, gym equipment is really nice.
Cons:
Thin walls, lots of barking dogs that sometimes poop and pee on the roof, inconsistent shared-space maintenance. No dishwashers.
