Pros:
Overall Clean premises Laundry Room
Cons:
Management team is not responsive when it comes to fixing issues No one picks up the phone when we call for service Going on 3 months with broken appliances and still unable to get a hold of management to replace/fix the issues
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and attentive fixing apartment issues.

OK building, but terrible tenants and not useful super

Pros:
There's a live-in super who can handle super basic issues. There's also a trash and laundry room.
Cons:
The tenants are awful, particularly on the third floor. The super is also not handy and, in order to save money, the management company will often make him try to fix things which can cause considerable stress and mess.
