Pros:
Great updated appliances including dishwasher and laundry
large rooms with beautiful flooring and good closet space
Well maintained building
Cons:
Awkwardly shaped living room - hard to fit a couch

Always felt safe, a community feeling, appliances worked well, just enough space
Cons:
Floors are not quite, no laundry, front door requires two hands to open, could smell smoke from outside and windows were not good at keeping the temp cool inside
Advice to owner:
Update more apartments please and add a virtual doorman

Quiet and clean!

Can’t hear neighbors next door
Locked front door only accessible by key or buzz
Mail area is behind the front door (packages are safe)
Management is responsive to issues
Super is friendly
Cons:
CAN hear neighbors above and below (if they’re very loud/having a party)
No Verizon yet
Garbage room is also behind a locked door which is slightly inconvenient
No elevator walk up
Advice to owner:
Nothing really. I really love living here.
