    Pros:
    quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, cozy apartment, good price
    Cons:
    superintendent is supposed to live here as posted on StreetEasy but doesn’t, never answers his phone and is never around to resolve issues.
    Advice to owner:
    I would honestly look into hiring another superintendent…
