Solid family building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and pretty much bug free. Nice friendly vibe.
Cons:
Whopping 18.75% rent hike this year.
Advice to owner:
I miss the flower border we had a couple of years ago. Piney shrubs are boring.

Rent stabilization misrepresentations:

Pros:
Very well managed building. Super is excellent
Cons:
Offered rent stabilized lease. Broker represented apt as rent stabilized. Lease states that apt. is rent stabilized apt. Received letter from management 3 mos. after lease signing, alleging apt. is not rent stabilized.
Advice to owner:
DON’T INDULGE IN what is perceived as FRAUDULENT CONDUCT
