    Great building and apartments

    Pros:
    Lovely building with good and spacious apartments. Good location and responsive super.
    Cons:
    There was a rat problem in the laundry/trash room which seems to have been mostly or entirely sorted out.

    Pros:
    Super and porter are both excellent and hard-working. Many of the neighbors are nice. Office is very responsive
    Cons:
    One or two unpleasant neighbors - although most are wonderful
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work - great building to live in
