Very little, but its on a quiet street.
Cons
Decades old laundry in a run down basement. They keep raising the prices but the machines are always breaking down. Coins only but no coin machine. Old construction with everything breaking down including pipes which leads to leak issues. Half the building is religious, a lot of unfriendly attitudes and inconsideration for others: you will straight up get ignored and get doors closed in your face if you're not part of the community. The noise level is unbearable, from loud music blasting at all hours to hordes of kids running around and screaming in the lobby. The super is never around and when he is, he is rude and obnoxious. Fixes take forever. He never answers the phone. Avoid if you can.
Advice to the owners
Hire doorman! Even if it's PT. Fix the laundry!!!
